Return Fee: A 10 AED handling fee will be applied for the return service and deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Details
Refunds are processed promptly after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been collected, inspected, and approved by our team.
Exclusions:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- The 10 AED handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Products
We maintain strict quality control processes to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will prioritize resolving the issue.
Notification:
- Contact us at info@orinorganic.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
Resolution Options:
Based on the assessment, we may offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost.
- A full refund, including the original delivery fee (for defective items only).
Please note that items damaged due to customer handling, storage, or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
Important Information
